Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that every headset will sound identical. However, issues like background noise or unbalanced audio (one side louder than the other) are considered quality defects. If the defect rate exceeds 3%, you may cancel the order, and we will refund your deposit.
Export/Import Support
Quantity clause: We have weighed the goods before shipment. If there is a shortage of quantity, the customer needs to provide the carton weight picture and the logistics company's weight picture for confirmation.
After Sales Services
